    Description

A token/coin from LEON & EDDIE'S 33 - W - 52 NYC which was only open in the 1930s and 1940s.  This location for the club opened after Prohibition in 1933 and was closed in 1953.  The club featured entertainment including comedians (including Jackie Gleason, Bob Hope, Milton Berle and and Red Skelton), dancers and strippers.  This coin does not include the actual phrase "Good Luck" like many others currently on the market do, so it is presumed to pre-date those.  The coin appears to be made of brass or copper and has fabulous details that can be seen by viewing the pictures.  It measures about 1-1/4 inches in diameter.
